Unfortunately its monday again, the most hated day of the week. It's time to start looking forward to the next weekend. Isnt that always how it is? we cant be happy unless were looking forward to something. Like a wedding, your birthday, a vacation, a change in your daily routine. At least for me thats kind of how it is.
My weekend was good, on saturday I had lunch with my in laws to celebrate my mother in laws birthday,And at night we watched "Source Code" at a friends house. On sunday we had lunch with the in laws again then went out for yogurt,And at night we just stayed home and watched a movie... Thats pretty much how most of my weekends go. But just the fact that I'm home and not at work is already a change in my weekly routine and I love it.
On friday Renan (hubby) got his car. He was glowing with happiness. No, he didnt get the car of his dream, he got a 240sx 1992. Why in the world would he want a car like that? Well my husband is an Auto technician, he loves cars, and speed! and from he told me, the car he got has a lot of potential. The car is completly destroyed, the interior carpet got chewed up from rats, its dirty, and it needs a lot of work.
His goal is to build the car from ground up to make it exactly what he wants. I'm sure this will end up costing more then just buying a new car. But I loved seeing him smile the way he did when he got the car. So as long as hes happy, so am I. I will be posting pictures everytime he makes a change to the car. That way you guys will be able to follow us on this car renovation journey. I cant wait to see the end result!
Have a happy Monday!
