In the deep and private corridors of your heart, there is a room. It's called the appreciation room. It's where your thoughts go when you encounter positive and encouraging things about your spouse. And every so often, you enjoy visiting this special place.
Today's dare: get two sheets of paper. On the first sheet, spend a few minutes writing out positive things about your spouse. Then do the same with negative things on the second sheet. Place both sheets in a secret place for another day. There is a different purpose and plan for each. At some point during the remainder of the day, pick a positive attribute from the first list and thank your spouse for having this characteristic.
Yesterday i watched 2 farely good movies, green lantern and super 8. For some reason it's very hard for me to say "wow that was a great movie." it's like lately they ran out of stories to tell., cause somehow i always know the ending. So yesterday i went shopping after what it seems like forever... well actually im not sure i would consider what i did yesterday shopping. I went to the mall to buy 1 bra, Victorias secret is having a really big sale and i got 1 bra for $24.99 i thought that was really good! and i only had 30 mins to shop because the movie was about to start and the hubby was waiting in the car i hate shopping under pressure! actually no! i have just decided what i did yesterday was NOT shopping, which means i can still nag about how i havent gone shopping in forever! lol
I think we would all agree that mondays is not our favorite day of the week, even though i do like monday nights "me time" but i hate mornings. It means we have to wake up to reality. I wish i could sit my butt in the couch all day and watch sex in the city while eating nutella with popcorn! OMG i could soooo do that all day everyday!.. I swear i would take a week off of work just so i could watch every season of sex in the city and friends! and gain maybe 5 pounds! lol
